Need an Official Record?
Use the record type to choose the Reeves County or Texas custodian:
- Court case files: review criminal court case records or call the clerk for the court that handled the case
- State criminal history: use the Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Records Division
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Reeves County Sheriff’s records clerk
- Official background checks: follow the Texas DPS name-search or fingerprint process that fits the request
- Police reports: send the request to the law-enforcement agency that created the incident report
- Expunction or nondisclosure: file in the court directed by Texas law after confirming the underlying case custodian
